WHAT IS A PMA?
PMA is a Private Membership Association. There are different types of private membership associations. Some PMA's are for health care practitioners called PHA, and some for education called PEA and some for health clubs called PMA and some for faith based associations, also called a PMA. The Association that we have formed for Sapphire Stone Ministry is a faith based organization operating as Private Ministerial Association. Of all the Private Associations, the private ministerial association, such as Sapphire Stone operates within, offers the most protection for it's members and the trustees of it.
The Private Ministerial Association is a legal entity in the United States (508c1A), and operates in the PRIVATE domain. This allows us to not follow statuatory policies such as those that were enacted in 2020 as long as we do not pose any threat or direct harm to members such as fraud, murder, rape, theft, assault and etc... Membership within our PMA will allow more protection, privacy and freedom of speech and association than we could have if we operated in the public domain.
Private Associations are not open to the public and operates on a membership basis. We can offer information online in our videos, ebooks and have communication with the public in order to attract them to us and educate people about our PMA and it's offerings so that they can decide if they want to become a member.
PMA's have to clearly define membership. Our PMA membership requires a donation to become a member, (only members can make a donation) and provides meetings / bible studies just for members as well as meetings that anyone can attend. We have established a private membership area within our site offering videos and regular scheduled meetings that are exclusive to members. We formed our PMA with the expertise of a professional PMA advisor and with much prayer considering present truth and the times we live in.
