500x500px_stacked_logo.png

Our purpose is to share truth and fellowship with brothers and sisters in Christ.

Sapphire Stone Ministries has chosen the legal entity of a Private Ministerial Association (508c1a)  to best share truth and fellowship without compromising God's law and gospel outreach as given by God in His Word, the bible.

Therefore, Sapphire Stone Ministry is NOT A PUBLIC ENTITY, i.e., Sapphire Stone Ministry is neither a public corporation, business, partnership, company, estate, joint stock company, trust, estate, public association, nor any form of for-profit entity of any kind. Sapphire Stone Ministry is created as a separate, lawful, spiritual, and private organization operating as a Faith Based Ministry in accordance with Title 26 USC section 508c1a.

Although all are welcome to watch our online videos and download ebooks and communicate with us, we operate on a membership basis to ensure these protections and your privacy.

All donations to a 508(c)(1)(a)  Faith Based Organizations are tax deductible to donors to the fullest extent of the law. Section 170 (b) of the IRS states donations are automatically tax deductible to "churches or a convention or association of churches".

The requirement to be a member is to complete a one time membership agreement of which you can revoke at any time by sending us an email, and to make at least one donation of any amount to finalize membership. There is no cost to maintain membership.

Members enjoy additional ministry content, access to live Bible study groups, and the opportunity to fellowship more closely among members on a quarterly basis.
